Product pages did not clearly communicate comfort, value, or trust before purchase. I redesigned the experience to surface comfort technology, strengthen product storytelling, and add trust cues earlier in the journey, contributing to a 17% increase in add-to-cart. I also conducted 20 interviews and translated funnel gaps into 8 strategic recommendations for leadership.
